Southwest Airlines is celebrating their arrival in New York – and in style! The airline is collaborating with ‘wichcraft to open up the new Southwest Porch at Bryant Park. Just from looking at the pictures on the website, you’ll find that the Porch is a great place to sit down and relax in a comfortable rocking chair, and a place to grab some drinks and “small bites.”

This is a bold move by a carrier, but it certainly is not a bad move by any means. It’s a creative way to introduce the carrier to the neighbors. It might just be one of the coolest places to hang out in NYC – I know I’d go there often. The warm, care-free atmosphere, and soft yellow colors might make New Yorks think they’re not in New York; “Wanna get away?” – Now you can with Southwest Airlines’s new Porch.
